We are committed to delivering high quality, evidence-based, patient centered physiotherapy care. Physiotherapy is a healthcare practice committed to restoring movement and improving function. As the shoulder clinic we help manage a variety of shoulder injuries and post-operative shoulder rehabilitation. We also treat many conditions including sports injuries, low back pain, whip-lash associated disorder, joint injuries, muscle strains, vertigo, dizziness and concussions.

We offer comprehensive assessments and hands on physiotherapy treatment. We also offer assessments for return to work, return to sport, and return to your daily activities. Treatments include a combination of manual therapy, exercises, a home exercise plan, education, and modalities.

Stephanie is a physiotherapist originally from Shediac, New Brunswick. Nova Scotia has been her second home since 2013 where she completed studies in both French and English, including a BSc in Kinesiology and a Masters in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University. Stephanie coaches volleyball with young athletes in the HRM, and provides them with injury prevention and recovery. In her spare time, she loves to take her two dogs out for walks and adventures. Stephanie is looking forward to continuing her education and training in all things sports, concussions and manual therapy.

Jon O’Neill is a graduate of Dalhousie University, completing both a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2012 and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2014. During his time at Dalhousie he was a member of the Water Polo Association.

Since graduating he has completed training in shoulder specific physiotherapy and has worked with both chronic and acute shoulder injuries including post-operatively. He has also completed training in post-concussion therapy, vestibular disorders, and balance and dizziness. For both hockey and soccer, he has experience working with athletes performing sports coverage for on-field injuries.

Jon’s approach to physiotherapy involves manual techniques, resistance strength training, home exercise plans, and modalities for pain management. He looks forward to helping you with your recovery. Please call or email to make an appointment.
